Update: Changed from a 4 to 5. Tony, one of the owners, called me and tried to make things right. While I didn't take him up on his offer, I did appreciate the level of sincerity. Seems like a pretty salon. I had made an appointment for 5 PM. I was told she was finishing up with a customer. I left 20 minutes later. The gentleman was very nice. I just don't see the point of making appointments if that time isn't…

I was a walk in customer on Friday and the lady technician Rose performed my pedicure and manicure. Some of the best customer service that I have received in a long time. I would definitely come back again and request Rose. Very nice, clean, and friendly place.

I asked for “Christmasy decorated nails” and I got stunning hand drawn designs. I was so happy with what he did and excited to show them off. I’ve been going here for a few years. They are always great but this was above and beyond!
